SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM

If you’re looking for high-level training during the summer months, we are offering our travel team players the opportunity to work with our staff Monday–Thursday throughout the summer. This is a membership-style program, allowing you to attend as many days (Monday–Thursday) as fit your schedule.

You can sign up for 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months.

LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE

If you plan to attend, please register and select a payment plan so we can properly organize groups.

  • Payment plans are available
  • Payments will be charged on the 1st of each month
  • No payment is due at registration

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Location: Jonesville Park
  • Dates: June – July – August
  • Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Monday–Thursday)
  • Cost: $300 per month
  • Ages: 9–14 (Advanced players serious about training)
  • Coaches: Full Gatorball Staff (days/times may vary)

  • Throwing Program & Recovery
  • Bullpens
  • Defensive Work
  • Hitting Development
  • Strength & Conditioning

This program is for Gatorball travel team players or invitation-only players seeking more individualized development.
Players will be grouped by age and position.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Ages 12–14

  • Monday: Strength Training @ Rex & Brody Training Center / Jonesville Park – 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday: Baseball Training  @ Jonesville Park – 5:30 PM
  • Wednesday: Strength Training @ Rex & Brody Training Center / Jonesville Park – 5:30 PM
  • Thursday: Baseball Training @ Jonesville Park – 5:30 PM

Ages 9–11

  • Monday: Baseball Training @ Jonesville Park – 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday: Strength & Agilities @ Rex & Brody Training Center / Jonesville Park – 5:30 PM
  • Wednesday: Baseball Training @ Jonesville Park – 5:30 PM
  • Thursday: Strength & Agilities @ Rex & Brody Training Center / Jonesville Park – 5:30 PM

BASEBALL TRAINING FOCUS

  • Position-specific fundamentals
  • Hitting mechanics
  • Throwing mechanics & arm strength
  • Small group instruction by age and position

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

  • Two full-body workouts per week
  • Focus on core, lower body, shoulders, back, and grip strength
  • Emphasis on hip and shoulder mobility

Baseball Training Schedule:

  • 9U–11U: Monday & Wednesday

Final session times may be adjusted based on group size to ensure quality training.
