Program Details
SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM
If you’re looking for high-level training during the summer months, we are offering our travel team players the opportunity to work with our staff Monday–Thursday throughout the summer. This is a membership-style program, allowing you to attend as many days (Monday–Thursday) as fit your schedule.
You can sign up for 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months.
LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE
If you plan to attend, please register and select a payment plan so we can properly organize groups.
Payment plans are available
Payments will be charged on the 1st of each month
No payment is due at registration
PROGRAM DETAILS
Location: Jonesville Park
Dates: June – July – August
Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Monday–Thursday)
Cost: $300 per month
Ages: 9–14 (Advanced players serious about training)
Coaches: Full Gatorball Staff (days/times may vary)

This program is for Gatorball travel team players or invitation-only players seeking more individualized development. Players will be grouped by age and position.

Tuesday: Baseball Training @ Jonesville Park – 5:30 PM

Ages 9–11

Small group instruction by age and position

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Two full-body workouts per week
Focus on core, lower body, shoulders, back, and grip strength
Emphasis on hip and shoulder mobility
